Investigators say there were 10 people riding in the 2001 Dodge Durango when the driver lost control of the vehicle in the southbound lanes of Preston Road. The SUV veered off the road and, when the driver attempted to bring the vehicle back into his lane, the SUV rolled down an embankment.
Most of the passengers in the SUV were ejected when the vehicle overturned. Authorities say the driver of the SUV will be charged in connection with this rollover accident, but they have not said what specific charges he will be facing.
