When dealing with your car insurance adjuster after an accident and/or during a Georgia personal injury claim, you may run into car insurance issues and problems. There are some common situations that often arise when dealing with car insurance that you should be aware of. If you need help dealing with the insurance companies or adjusters after a car crash, a personal injury attorney like Sheryl Burke can help.

Common Insurance Problems You Might Encounter
  • Claims Denial – Your car insurance company may deny a claim wrongly because it has not investigated properly. If this occurs, contact a personal injury attorney to help with an appeal.
  • Unnecessary Options – Many insurance agents will sneak options into your policy by telling you they are standard when they are not to get you to spend more money. Be sure to review your policy if you are unsure why you are being charged for something.
  • Renewal Overcharges – If after discovering the aforementioned unnecessary options and asking for them to be removed from your policy, the agent may tack them back on when you renew in hopes you won’t notice.

Don’t be taken advantage of by car insurance companies that underestimate you. Contact Sheryl Burke, a personal injury attorney, if you are having a hard time dealing with the insurance companies after a car accident.

I would think a big one could be the failure to check the terms of the cover on offer on your Georgia car insurance quote.
